We do our very best to get your Ember Wellness order to you as quickly as possible, while choosing the most efficient delivery routes available. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, and once shipped, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Please note Canada Post is most often used for PO boxes, remote areas & apartment buildings. Ember Wellness reserves the right to choose shipping carrier and delivery method depending on your location.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express Shipments are shipped the same day if received before 1pm EST. All orders received Friday after 1pm EST and on weekends will be shipped next business day.We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to unforeseen carrier delays that might occur from time to time. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the express shipping charge if your items do not arrive within 1-2 days.Express shipping is not available in Alaska, Yukon Territories or Hawaii.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once you exceed the minimum spend threshold (after discount codes, before taxes). Please note that gift cards do not count toward free shipping minimums.
*Note: Alaska, Hawaii and Yukon Territories are not eligible for for Free Shipping
ORDER TRACKING
All orders include automatic tracking for your peace of mind. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email (or SMS if provided at checkout) with your tracking number and shipment details.Please ensure your email address and shipping information are entered correctly at checkout to avoid delays. We will contact you via email if your address has been flagged for error or validation.
Please note Ember Wellness Corp. is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout, theft or misplacement by apartment or condo management. If a package is returned to us because of an invalid or unverified address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.If you ever have questions about your shipment, our team is always happy to help at hello@emberwellness.com.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS
Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout.If you need to make changes email us immediately at hello@emberwellness.com. We will make every effort but we cannot guarantee that a change can be made.If you wish to cancel your order, please email us right away at hello@emberwellness.com. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations and refunds cannot be issued.Ember Wellness reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipment of any order at our discretion.
PRE-ORDERS
From time to time, we offer select items for pre-order. The estimated ship date will always be noted on the product page.If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.If you would prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for the pre-order products.
