The Ember Wellness Oil + Water Ritual is meant to simplify your routine. By combining a few spritzes of any Ember Hydrosol with a few drops of any Ember Facial Oil, you create the perfect three-ingredient moisturizer in the palm of your hand. Gently press and massage into your skin and enjoy your Ember glow. Practice both morning and night, or whenever desired.
What exactly is solid skincare?
Solid Skincare removes the water and packaging out of skincare products, making it zero-waste and sustainable. We are committed to doing our part when it comes to the environment but at the same time not compromising on the quality of ingredients.
How do I use the Sculpt & Glow bar?
Gently begin to warm the Sculpt & Glow Bar with your hands to activate it. Once it has begun to soften, glide it directly onto your skin using upward strokes along the jawline, cheekbone, eyelid and forehead, then massage the luxurious moisture into your skin with your fingers. Alternatively, massage it between your hands, applying the excess on the face for a healthy glow.
How do I know what colour of Sculpt & Glow bar is best for my skin?
All three Sculpt & Glow Bars are great for all skin tones, but it all comes down to personal preference. Rose Quartz provides an overall glow on lighter skin and a highlight effect on darker skin tones. Sunstone provides translucent coverage with a golden luminous effect on all skin tones. Bronze offers an overall glow on darker skin tone and a bronzed glow on lighter skin tones.

How long will my Sculpt & Glow bar last?
The Sculpt & Glow Bars should last approximetly 4 months but depends on the frequency of application. Make sure to save your aluminum case and purchase our refill option!
Help! I have sensitive skin...what are the best Ember Wellness products for me to try that won't irritate my skin?
We believe simplifying your skincare is the best way to support sensitive skin. All products are suitable for sensitive skin, with our 01 / Facial Oil and Hydrosol Duo being designed specifically with you in mind! The Calendula soothes and relaxes while the Jojoba and Argan Oils help reduce inflammation and redness. That's all you need.
What is Bakuchiol, and what product contains it?
Bakuchiol is a naturally derived retinol alternative, helping to stimulate collagen production and cellular regeneration. It gives you all the benefits of retinol but without the harsh side effects. We use Bakuchiol in our 03 / Facial Oil.
What are the best products for mature skin?
We love our 03 / Oil and Hydrosol Duo! The bakuchiol is a gentle anti-aging ingredient, combined with the firming properties of the 03 / Hydrosol frankincense, making this pair perfect for mature skin.
What is the difference between the heart gua sha and the cloud gua sha ?
The Heart Gua Sha is best used on the face, neck and décolletage using gentle upward strokes. The Cloud Gua Sha is great for your legs, buttocks and your arms to help relieve muscle tension. Both gua shas are great for reducing cellulite, increasing blood flow and stimulating your lymphatic system.
What is facial cupping and how do I do it?
A modality used in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Facial Cupping uses small silicone cups to create a gentle suction to glide along your face, jaw and neckline. This gentle suction combined with a an upward gliding motion help to stimulate cell turnover, promote circulation as well as lift and contour the face. Start by applying an ample amount of any Ember Facial Oil to your face (for effective 'slip'). To create the suction, squeeze the cup and apply to skin, releasing it to create suction. Once you have created a suction, use upward gliding motions.
Are all of your products fragrance-free? Do they have a scent?
Our products are always formulated with the least amount of ingredients necessary and do not contain any ingredients that have been added to impart a fragrance, including synthetic fragrances and essential oils. However, our Hydrosols do contain organic ingredients that have a natural scent to them. Our Facial Oils contain oils that may have a subtle, natural scent.
Are all of your ingredients, including your mica, sourced and produced sustainably?
All of our ingredients are sourced and produced using 100% sustainable and ethical practices, including our mica.
Sourced exclusively in Georgia, USA, the mica in our Sculpt & Glow Bar is 100% ethically and sustainably sourced, and is developed using a founding member of the Responsible Mica Sourcing Initiative (RMI). The RMI is a group that actively contributes to helping private, public and non profit sectors become 100% sustainable.
Are all of your products cruelty-free?
All of our products are cruelty-free and we are proud to share that we were recently certified under the Leaping Bunny program.
The Leaping Bunny logo is the most trusted, and the only internationally recognized symbol guaranteeing non-animal tested products. Compassion is one of our core values and we strive to always be cruelty-free and vegan. Ember works within the supply chain to lobby and ultimately change current practices we find objectionable.
We encourage you to look for the Leaping Bunny logo on all of your products to ensure you are purchasing cruelty-free!
What are your sustainability commitments?
We are committed to living a sustainable and zero-waste lifestyle in all possible areas, and choosing these practices whenever we can.
Our raw Argan oil, for example, is sourced from a women’s cooperative that works within a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, ensuring the protection and reforestation of Argan trees as well as supporting the social and economic welfare of the women involved.
All of our kraft packaging is recyclable, and we offer a refill program for the Solid Beauty.

Delivery Options
A note about online orders: Every order is carefully packed by hand in our warehouse facility. We take great care to adhere to safety precautions while preparing your order, therefore, online orders may take a little extra time. Additionally, in Canada, due to large volumes and demand, there can be delays across the entire shipping network. Returns + Exchanges
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all of our products. If you didn’t love an Ember Wellness product for any reason, please email us at hello@emberwellness.com. We are happy to issue an exchange or refund for products returned within 30 days. We are unable to refund shipping / duty charges.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Any item not in its original condition will not be eligible for return. Kindly Note: Returns for opened packages are at the discretion of Ember Wellness.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
Shipping Policy
Each address you choose to ship to is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including the apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes.
All orders will be shipped using best shipping method depending on the shipping chosen at checkout. All orders will be tracked. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or cancelled.
Delivery times will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 3-9 business days once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed in 2 business days. Ember Wellness is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from Ember Wellness or its agents’ facilities to the delivery address.
Ember Wellness is also not responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty or indemnity, and cannot be used as a reason for cancelling the order.

Availability and Descriptions
The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. Ember undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks. Adding products to your cart does not guarantee availability at the time of your order.
In the case that items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail so that you are informed. You will then have the option of modifying or cancelling your order. In case of a cancellation due to the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible.
Although we strive to update and keep accurate product and pricing information on the Site, errors and/or omissions may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Ember shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced and Ember elects to refuse or cancel your order, we will notify you of such refusal or cancellation.
Fraud Prevention
Some orders may be subjected to validity checks via calling and emailing the client. Please be sure to provide us with the right email address and phone number to avoid any delays in the order process.
Quantity Limits
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. We limit orders to eight (8) of any single item and fourteen (14) total items. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, and the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation. We will provide a notification to you should such limits be applied. Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@emberwellness.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
