Availability and Descriptions
The purchase of products on the Site is subject to availability. Ember undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks. Adding products to your cart does not guarantee availability at the time of your order.
In the case that items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail so that you are informed. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In case of a cancellation due to the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible.
Although we strive to update and keep accurate product and pricing information on the Site, errors and/or omissions may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, Ember shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced and Ember elects to refuse or cancel your order, we will notify you of such refusal or cancellation.
Fraud Prevention
Some orders may be subjected to validity checks via calling and emailing the client. Please be sure to provide us with the right email address and phone number to avoid any delays in the order process.
Quantity Limits
We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled or products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions. We limit orders to eight (8) of any single item and fourteen (14) total items. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. Orders exceeding these limits are subject to cancellation. We will provide notification to you should such limits be applied.
