All other countries except the United States: Via Canada Post. Leadtime is approximately 10-15 business days.
A note about online orders: please note that every order is carefully packed by hand in our warehouse facility. We take great care to adhere to safety precautions while preparing your order, and thus, please note that online orders may take a little extra time. Additionally, please note that due to large volumes and demand, there can be delays across the entire shipping network. Each address you choose to ship to is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees. Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout. Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable.
All orders will be tracked. Tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered will be shipped again at the customer’s expense or canceled.
Delivery times will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 3-9 business days once your order has been processed. Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days.
